The Neck Skin Trimmer 374 is part of the evisceration line and driven by the overhead conveyor. The machine trims the neck skin after the neck has been removed. The Neck Skin Trimmer 374 firmly positions the birds using a leg loop and lifts the wings before trimming the skin. The wing lifting feature ensures free access for the knife to perform the neck skin cut without damaging the wings.  The machine can be adjusted during operation by using one manual hydraulic jack to accommodate varying bird sizes.
